Payment instructions
To pay your monthly PPI invoice by either ACH or wire, download instructions for the trust in which you are a member, either ACSA or BIEBT.
Payment instructions are also included on the ACSA invoice. Additionally, you may contact our Client Services Department at (888) 674-0046 or via email at clientservices@ppibenefits.com. Please reference "Payment Instructions" in the email subject line.
